Springtime flowers put us in the mood for an Aviation cocktail and that put us in the mood for a floral gin. If you were a fan of Hendrick’s Lunar Gin, you’ll surely like Neptunia!
Hendricks Neptunia flavor combined with Crème de Violette creates a subtly purple gin cocktail. Sometimes we go a little heavier on the Crème de Violette if the lemon juice is extra tart. - 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Crème de Violette
- Amarena Cherry and Lilac garnish
Fill a shaker with ice. Add gin, lemon juice, Maraschino cherry liqueur, crème de violette and shake 10-15 seconds. Pour into coupe glass. Garnish with Amarena cherry and lilac.
