Chocolate Covered Cherry Martini

We love a surprise and we put one in this cocktail! We buried an extra cherry in a pool of chocolate syrup for an extra sweet finish. We used The Botanist Gin because it is extremely well-balanced and has a long finish.

  • 1-2 TB Cherry Jam
  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Armarena Cherry Syrup
  • Skewer of two Armarena Cherries, spaced about one inch apart
  • chocolate bitters

In a shaker, add the jam, gin, Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur and Bailey’s Irish Cream. Add ice and shake at least 15 seconds to break up the jam. Add a pool of chocolate sauce to the bottom of the martini glass. Add cherry skewer so that one cherry is covered by the chocolate syrup. Use a bar spoon to layer in the cocktail over the syrup. Drizzle Armarena Cherry syrup over the top and add a few dashes of chocolate bitters if you have them.
